Our services include:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS, IMPROVEMENT OF FORMULATIONS, REVERSE ENGINEERING
We manufacture products according to your formulations, formulations developed and created by Stefmar (our formulation portfolio) or specific requests (new formulations).
Our team of chemists and biochemists are recognized as seasoned developers and formulators and they perfectly master complex formulations.
They work in partnership with you to ensure that you deliver products of optimum efficiency, at the best cost and of very high quality.
Our team has been involved for several years in the development of innovative, organic and natural products.
Our laboratories are equipped with formulation tools perfectly suited to industrial transfers to our production facilities, as well as all the equipment necessary for product development, analysis and monitoring of products in production.
BULK MANUFACTURING
Stefmar has 10 bulk production tanks that can hold up to 8,000 liters of product to be manufactured.
Most of our tanks are tempered either with water or with oil, which allows great versatility in the production of products that can even be manufactured and packaged at high temperature (such as deodorants).
Also, we have 2 tanks with very powerful turbines including scrapers and vacuum allowing to manufacture products such as creams, suspension, gel and exfoliants of very high quality and very high density.
Stefmar has a purified water system ensuring increased sterility and lower costs for our customers.
All manufacture, analysis and release of bulk is under the supervision of chemists registered with the Order Of Chemists Of Québec. Complete documentation of each bulk manufacturing, signed by our chemists, is given to our customers for their records.
PACKAGING
In product packaging, Stefmar clearly sets itself apart with a complete and unique offer allowing its customers to find all services under one roof – “one stop shop”.
Our 11 filling lines, spread over our 2 production sites, cover our customer’s needs, ranging from:
- Promotional samples: sachets (liquid or powder), individual wipes, tubes and vials that can be 1ml and more.
- Small and medium-sized productions
- High volume productions
Our lines include:
- 2 tube lines
- 1 high flow sachet line (liquid and powder)
- 1 line of individual wipes in sachets
- 3 high-speed filling lines (4, 6 and 8 heads) for bottles, jars, gallons, containers of multiple wipes (hands and surfaces), etc.
- 3 versatile and modifiable lines in several types of configuration for specialized productions: very dense, viscous products, essential oils, exfoliants, etc.
- 1 high-speed line entirely dedicated to deodorants, antiperspirants and solid products (hot filled) with cooling tunnel
The acquisitions and improvements in recent months, allowed Stefmar to produce faster, more efficiently and in larger volumes, while improving quality for our customers’ products.

During the last few months, we have renewed some of our equipment park with new and much more efficient equipment.
We have also added certain equipment and components that allow us to enhance our “one-stop-shop” offer, such as:

We can offer « turnkey » services from purchasing of raw materials to the finished product.
